  • Therapy can help with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. It also provides a safe space for personal growth and self-discovery.

  • If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, struggling in relationships, or finding it difficult to cope with daily life, therapy can be a helpful step. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from support.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your concerns, goals, personal history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and ensure the fit feels right.

  • Individual sessions are typically 55 minutes. Longer or extended sessions may be available depending on your needs.

  • Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and the level of support you need.

  • This varies for each person. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific goals, while others prefer longer-term support for deeper healing and growth.

  • That is completely normal. Many people feel nervous before their first session. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable at your own pace.

  • Yes. Therapy is available in English, Arabic, and French.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Yes, virtual therapy sessions are available for clients who prefer the convenience and comfort of meeting online.

  • Depending on availability and location, in-person sessions may be offered. Please contact me for current options.

  • Yes. we support couples with communication, trust, emotional connection, and conflict resolution. we also work with families experiencing stress, parenting concerns, and


  • Yes. Therapy is confidential, with some legal and ethical exceptions such as risk of harm to self or others, abuse concerns, or court-ordered disclosure. These limits will be reviewed during the first session.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed sessions often cannot be filled on short notice, and the fee helps protect reserved clinical time.

  • Unexpected emergencies and exceptional circumstances are understood. Please reach out as soon as possible, and situations will be reviewed with compassion and discretion.

  • Yes. we are registered for eClaims and have agreements with most major insurance providers. In many cases, claims can be submitted directly to your insurer for reimbursement or direct payment, depending on your coverage plan. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility, coverage limits, and whether psychotherapy services are included.
